As part of cultural and educational cooperation between Russia and Finland 草榴短视频 takes part in the implementation of the international innovative project 鈥淐ontents for Cross-Cultural Events鈥� from December 1, 2018.
The project is implemented under a cross-border cooperation program and is funded by European Union, Russian Federation and Republic of Finland.
